2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

WIFT VIC gives notice that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday 9th November 2025 in Cinema 10 at Cinema Nova, located within Lygon Court at 380 Lygon St, Carlton VIC 3053.

AGENDA
A. President’s address to members including results of membership survey
B. Presentation of Financial Report for approval of Members
C. Voting in of Committee Members

Appointing a proxy
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you are encouraged to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf. A proxy need not be a member of WIFT VIC and can be an individual or a body corporate.

For your vote to count, your proxy form must be received by WIFT VIC, no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the Annual General Meeting. To lodge your proxy, you may deliver it to WIFT VIC’s secretary at secretary@wiftvic.com.au.
